AAA Corporate Trustees ("AAA", "we", "us") is a Trust and Corporate Services Provider (TCSP) working to be BNR licensed, based in Kigali, Rwanda, and part of the AAA Group, headquartered in the United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and how it is handled.

We collect personal data in the following ways:
- Contact form submissions — name, email address, company, jurisdiction of interest, service of interest, and your message, when you submit an enquiry via the Contact page.
- Careers applications — if you email us a CV or application in response to a listed role, we receive whatever personal data you choose to include (e.g. name, contact details, employment history).
- Analytics data — if you accept the cookie consent banner, we collect standard, aggregated usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser type) through Google Analytics. No analytics data is collected before you give consent, and none is collected at all if you decline.
3. How we use your information
We use the information collected only to:
- Respond to enquiries submitted through the Contact form
- Evaluate applications submitted for open roles
- Understand how visitors use this website, to improve it (only with consent)
- Meet legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations applicable to our business
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Cookies
This site uses a minimal, consent-gated set of cookies. Essential site functionality does not rely on cookies. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are only set after you actively accept them via the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site or contacting us to request your preference be reset.
5. Sharing your information
We share personal data only with service providers necessary to operate this website and respond to enquiries — for example our hosting provider (Vercel), email delivery for the contact form, and, where consent is given, Google Analytics. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
6. Data retention
Contact form enquiries and related correspondence are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and meet any applicable legal, tax, or regulatory record-keeping requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Depending on applicable law — including Rwanda's Law relating to the Protection of Personal Data and Privacy — you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. 8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data submitted through this site against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
